The Dobratz family has owned this property for over 30 years and wish to share its beautiful surroundings with you. One and two bedroom homes are available year round on beautiful Carpenter Lake, which is a private Lake. Downtown Eagle River is less than a 10 minute drive and is filled with many unique stores. In the summer the lake is great for fishing, swimming and boating. The winter months provide an excellent place for snowmobiling, skiing, ice fishing, and even hunting. Each season on Carpenter Lake has it's own beauty; Spring, Summer, Fall, and even Winter. Each home is fully furnished and includes a TV, VCR, full bathroom, stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots & pans, dishes, fans, and filtration system for clear drinking and bathing water. All homes are smoke free. Pets are welcomed for additional fee of $100 a week for each pet. All homes come with the use of a fishing boat,(motors can be rented for a additional fee, but must be reserve ahead of time) You have the use of two paddleboats, A Canoe, grills, picnic tables,and fire pit. Linens & Towels and life jackets not provided.
