Rates

Rent for the week begins on Saturday at 3PM and ends on the following Saturday at 9AM. A deposit of $150 per each full week is required prior to your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to future reservations.
Seasonal rates subject to 5.5% state tax and 4.5% room tax.

  • Summer (May 1 - September 30)

    - Weekend (3 Night Minimum) - $117/night
  • Off Season (October 1 - April 30)

    • - Week (Saturday - Saturday) - $650
    - Weekend (2 Night Minimum) - $107/night

    • - Week (Saturday - Saturday) - $650
    - Weekend (3 Night Minimum) - $108/night
  • Off Season (October 1 - April 30)

    • - Week (Saturday - Saturday) - $600
    - Weekend (2 Night Minimum) - $100/night
     
    The Kozy Nook
  • Summer (May 1 - September 30)

    • - Week (Saturday - Saturday) - $550
    - Weekend (3 Night Minimum) - $90/night
  • Off Season (October 1 - April 30)

    • - Week (Saturday - Saturday) - $500
    - Weekend (2 Night Minimum) - $80/night
     
  • All prices are based on (4) occupants.
  • Each additional occupant or guest $25/day or $175/week
  • Each pet is an additional $100
  • Out Board 9.9HP Motor rentals available for $90.00/week Plus Gas
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Will accommodate weekends, or mid-week rentals during off seasons
  • Horizon and Chalet can be rented from Sept. 2010 to May 31, 2011 with a Short Lease
