Rent for the week begins on Saturday at 3PM and
ends on the following Saturday at 9AM. A deposit of $200 required prior to your reservation.
Seasonal rates subject to 5.5% state tax and 4.5% room tax.
Each additional occupant or guest over the 4 $25/day or $150.00 a week ( Kozy Nook)

CHALET
$1,320.00 TAXES INCLUDED FOR 6 AND UNDER PEOPLE
$200 per day extra over the 6 + taxes
$175 per day pets

Will accommodate weekends, or mid-week rentals during off seasons only
Out Board 9.9 HP Motor rentals available for $120/week with gas
$200 deposit is required prior to your reservation
