Summer season (May 1 thru Sep 30) has a minimum booking of 3 nights. Off season is also 3 nights. we do not accept credit cards. Must be check or cash.

Rent for the week begins on Saturday at 3PM and
ends on the following Saturday at 9AM. A deposit of $200 required prior to your reservation.
Seasonal rates subject to 5.5% state tax and 4.5% room tax.
Each additional occupant or guest over the 4 $25/day or $150.00 a week
Summer Season (May 1 thru Sept. 30th)

Off Season (Oct 1 thru Apr 30) week/$700
$175/ night Plus taxes must book at least 3 nts
Will accommodate weekends, or mid-week rentals during off seasons only
Out Board 9.9 HP Motor rentals available for $120/week with gas
$200 deposit is required prior to your reservation
